Our policy of excess and shortage is +/-20% (Over /Under run percentage : MAX 20%)

Means after we finish buyer's bags , based on buyer's 1000pcs qty , if we finally get 800pcs ~1200pcs , buyer should accept 

and if less than 1000pcs , The buyer can't let us make up the deficiency

if over 1000pcs but less than 1200pcs , Buyers need to buy bags that exceed the number of orders
